Patent Law in Andorra

Andorra has a first place to file patent law. The patents are published in Andorra after 18 months and the duration of patent rights is 20 years from the filing date. The maintenance of a patent will be maintained by the payment of the annual fees prescribed in the Patent Office Tax Law. These fees shall be due for the years in which the patent has been granted. When a maintenance fee has not been paid on or before the prescribed due date, it may still pay within six months of that date.
