You are requested to fill up the following Form for requesting a free trademark Search or mail us at mail@tm-india.com The search results shall be sent to you within two working days. Please note that this free search will give you a preliminary idea of the existence of any conflicting marks. This search is for information only and although every possible effort has been made to ensure accurate results, TM INDIA cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Before filing your trademark in India it is important that you evaluate possible obstacles that may arise during registration process. Our Trademark Comprehensive Study will give you an Attorney´s opinion about registration possibilities. This report is optional but highly recommended. To request a comprehensive trademark search, you are requested to fill up the ABOVE form or mail us to mail@tm-india.com. On receiving your request, the search fee shall be quoted to you and after your confirmation, we shall conduct a comprehensive search and our expert attorneys will study the search result and give you an expert opinion.
